Overview總覽

TSIDC was the key integration vendor for the Foxconn Wisconsin facility opening, an event attended by the U.S. President. Ran the integration work as project manager: technical scoping, equipment selection, integration planning, cross-border shipping, on-site installation and testing, spares, and risk response.

The TSIDC role covered a ~10-engineer team and enterprise AV integration projects in the TWD 2M-10M range: video walls, OTT playback, matrix switching, and networked broadcast infrastructure for commercial and public-sector clients.

Challenge挑戰

The date could not move and the event ran live, with the U.S. President in attendance. Equipment had to cross borders, get installed, integrated, and tested on site, and work on the day. Any risk had to be dealt with beforehand.
