PMP-certified Technical Project and Delivery Manager with more than ten years delivering enterprise hardware, software, and integrated systems: primary delivery owner for a project above USD 650K, workstream owner within programs up to USD 3.2M, covering scope, schedule, financials, vendors, and acceptance. Moved into AI in 2024 as product manager of Vext's LLMOps SaaS platform, carrying 200K+ requests a day under SLA. Independent AI consultant since November 2025; production LLM agent systems delivered to Taiwan's National Central Library and Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.
Two tracks of work. AI systems delivery: the National Central Library event-discovery agent, the NTU Singapore grant assistant, an enterprise LLMOps platform, and the open-source tool Obolus.
