More than ten years in systems delivery and project management at LinkOOH, TSIDC, and Panasonic Sales Taiwan: enterprise AV and broadcast infrastructure, cross-border coordination, multi-vendor delivery. Moved into AI in 2024 as product manager of Vext's LLMOps SaaS platform, which carried 200K+ requests a day under SLA. Independent AI consultant since November 2025; production LLM agent systems delivered to Taiwan's National Central Library and Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.
