Overview總覽

Systems project manager at LinkOOH, a Foxconn Group subsidiary. Worked on the technical implementation, launch, and user training of a TWD 40M consumer-facing system. Took part in a TWD 20M government-funded project that met every milestone. Handled technology sourcing on selected project scopes.

Sourcing covered 4G routers, PTZ devices, and industrial-grade displays. Specs came from the field-deployment requirements, and candidate equipment was validated before any purchase.

於萬相 LinkOOH(鴻海集團)擔任系統專案經理。參與 TWD 4,000 萬消費者系統的技術建置、上線與教育訓練;參與 TWD 2,000 萬政府補助專案,達成所有里程碑;於部分專案負責技術選型。

選型範圍涵蓋 4G 路由器、PTZ 裝置與工業級顯示器:依現場部署需求訂定技術規格,候選設備經驗證後進入採購與建置。

Challenge挑戰

The hardware runs unattended in public outdoor environments for long stretches, so it has to be field-grade. The government-funded project ran on fixed milestones with no room in the schedule.

設備於戶外公共環境長期無人值守運作,硬體規格須符合現場等級要求;政府補助案有固定里程碑,時程無調整空間。
