Overview總覽

One of three project managers on the Tzu Chi DaAi TV IP production project: Taiwan's first studio and production-control (副控) system built on the SMPTE ST 2110 standard. ST 2110 moves video and audio as streams over an IP network, which means the studio hardware, the network, and the control software have to ship as one system. Most of the equipment was Panasonic, filled out with other vendors' gear. The team studied ST 2110 deployments in other countries and tested equipment before committing to it.

This was the flagship engagement of the Panasonic role. In parallel, managed 2-4 concurrent broadcast projects (TWD 200K-100M) for media and government clients (camera systems, switchers, studio integrations), with project-level P&L.

參與大愛電視 IP 製播專案的交付,為三位專案經理之一:台灣第一套建於 SMPTE ST 2110 IP 標準的攝影棚與副控系統。ST 2110 以 IP 網路傳輸影音串流,攝影棚硬體、網路架構與控制軟體須作為單一系統整合交付。系統以 Panasonic 設備為主,整合其他廠牌設備構成完整系統;建置過程參考其他國家的 ST 2110 案例,設備經測試驗證後導入。

本案為 Panasonic 任職期間的旗艦案;同期管理 2 至 4 個並行的企業廣播系統專案(TWD 20 萬至 1 億),涵蓋攝影機系統、切換台與攝影棚整合,客戶為媒體與政府單位,並負責專案層級損益。

Challenge挑戰

Nobody had built an ST 2110 system in Taiwan, so there was no local reference to check against. The hardware, network, and software layers depend on each other, so specs have to line up across all three. The usual constraints applied on top: cost, schedule, multiple vendors.

台灣無 ST 2110 建置前例,無本地參考系統。硬體、網路、軟體三層相互依賴,規格須跨層對齊;專案同時受成本、時程與多廠商交付條件約束。
